½cupManuka honeyor any organic honey you have
Instructions
Put dry ingredients in the glass jar, and stir until the spices are mixed together.
Then add the honey and vanilla. Stri until all ingredients are fully mixed together.
Take 1 teaspoon by mouth 2x a day if you are fighting off anything, or 1 teaspoon daily for prevention.You can eat it raw off the spoon, or stir it into warm water and drink it as tea.
Note: Honey has a lot of health benefits and to maximize the benefits you shouldn't heat beyond 100-104℉. I stick to around 100℉
